The introduction of Sea Travel Lanes makes naval maneuvers efficient and dynamic, allowing fleets to swiftly undertake raids and invasions. With a fresh Dynasty system, players can cultivate a family tree and manage succession, adding strategic depth to the gameplay.
Four new factions enrich the game: Babylon, the Assyrians of Hanigalbat, Mycenae, and Troy. These factions hail from distinct regions: Babylon and the Assyrians of Hanigalbat from Mesopotamia contrast with Mycenae and Troy from the Aegean.
